Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Renters vs roomates
Is a roomate sharing all household expenses (including mortgage) considered to be a renter of the homeowner?...i.e. is the property considered to be a rental property in this case and is the homeowner considered a landlord?

Could be. Then again, could be a guest, roommate or any other arrangement.
