Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I'm currently renting an apartment which allows dogs. My landlord said when the lease is up she won't allow dogs anymore. Would I fall under a grandfather clause and is this legal.

Your written lease controls. if it allows for your lease to continue, than you can remain. If there are no terms allowing for continuation than the landlord can change the terms and not allow dogs.
