Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am renting an apartment with a one year lease. When I moved in I was told that the outdoor construction would be done by Oct 31 2012. I am now told it will be April 2013. I have equip on my balcony and workers everywhere. This is not what I signed up for. Can I get out of my lease
