renting a Foreclosure

the house i am renting is going into forclosure. i was served with papers earlier this month. I have been renting the house going on two months. the landlord told me it was not going into forclosure. We have an oral monthly lease. Do i have to pay rent if the landlord is not making mortagate payments?

If you don't pay rent, you can be evicted.

If you live there, you owe rent.
