Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We are renting a home. It was to have blinded on all windows per lease, cleaned before move in, per lease, it was not. I have pictures. No working garage door opener per lease we were to have all and it is filthy I have paid 250 so far to clean. The yard according to lease to be maintained but there is none but rock. The mold is effecting my ms and lupus. They won't fix the problems including leaking toilet. How can I get out of my lease and make them pay my move. We just paid $12000 to move from Salt Lake to Longwood.
