Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am renting my home and have hired a real estate agent. He says he is unable to fill out the leasing agreement, that I need to do it. Is this customary in Florida?

Not customary, but some do it to be able to point out that you filled out the form when you later complain that you did not know what the rent was or something else in the contract.
