Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm renting this house and it has a garage that's been made into an apartment, now I'm renting the front house and the house is fenced all the way around. The problem is the realtor took a pet deposit knowing that I have a medium size dog. Now the realtor wants me to put my dog up so she can show the apartment in the back. If knowing that my dog is on my lease to I legally have to keep her in the house? And is it legal to rent out a back house? Who had the right to the drive way?

Your lease agreement controls your rights. You need to review that with an attorney. If it includes your dog you should be able to keep it. The egress and ingress would apply to both properties if the garage can be rented
