Im renting a townhouse and found out it was in foreclosure and now was sold at auction to an investor, what are my rights to stay how long in property?

If you have a written lease you get to continue your lease until the end. If no lease you have certain statutory rights and you should contact the new owner to make arrangements or continue in possession.
