Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
repaired sinkhole in Florida
I recently purchase a foreclosure thru a real estate company. When I took possession the neighbor told me that it was a repaired sinkhole property. There is nothing on record. What recourse do I have? What do I have to do to resell it?

If the seller didn't know about it and you didn't ask, and you bought the house without a warranty, you are stuck with it. "Let the buyer beware."
If the seller knew and didn't tell you, you can sue for damages, for instance, the lowered value of the house. Since it was a foreclosure, the seller probably didn't know, so you are probably stuck with it. Worse still, now that you know, you must tell any prospective buyers if you sell the house.
