Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I own and reside in a condominium apartment, I Have a pick up nissan frontier 2001, 1 cab, I am a pool cleaner, I use my pick-up truck to do my job, I have permanent installed a 100 gal yellow tank on it plus the different products, when I come back to home I park on the guess spot and I cover the whole pick-up truck bed with a blue Tarp Cover and Adjustable Bungee Cord, I use the parking space from 3 or 4 pm to 8 am, my pick-up truck is burgundy color, has no sign anywhere and I received a letter from the property manager saying I can't park my pick-up truck because allegedly is a commercial vehicle and they are not permitted, on the parking lot there are around 10 more pick-up trucks been used like personal vehicle but I use my personal pick-up truck to work , please help me!! I reside at miami-dade county, florida state, thank you!!

When you bought there, you agreed to those rules. Now you don't want to live by those rules, and that is your problem. That is why people live in condominiums, so they don't have to be subjected to matters they don't want, like a commercial truck. So it comes off as you are in the wrong.
You don't allege that the other pick up trucks are used for commercial use, so you aren't be singled out. You haven't given a reason that somehow the association is enforcing its rules incorrectly. So I don't see much you have to go on without more.
