Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I reside in Seminole county florida and I am replacing my old wooden fence with a new one. what are my rights as the fence owner with regards to being on my next door neighbors property for the purpose of erecting and/or maintaining my fence? this neighbor is a nasty person and calls the police for every little thing. I want to be armed with the proper information.

You likely have no right to be on your neighbor's property to install a fence on your property.

You should not to be on his property to replace your fence.
