why is it legal for mobile home salesman to alter credit apps. to get loans approved???

why is it legal to put a different home on property than the one i bought?

Your loaded questions are vague. As far as I know, it is not legal for anyone to alter one's credit application or to intentionally place the wrong information on the title to property. It appears that you need to visit with a lawyer to discuss your problems. Good luck.
