Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I need to return deposit from the owner of the appartment which i was trying to rent, but didn't get it. Can i claim to collect from him additional compensation to cover my expenses on court, any legal representatives or even my mental cruelty within the money that he owes me?

You may be entitled to damages and attorney fees and costs, but probably not mental cruelty, unless you ended up in a mental facility, solely because of his keeping your damage deposit. Take your papers to a real estate attorney to have the law applied to the facts of your case.
