I was going to buy a home and put an offer in the seller altered my offer by adding a whole new line number and initialing it after me. I put the deposit of 38,000.00 down with out looking at the contract, just taking the agents word, not knowing at the time my offer had been changed, its been 2-3 years how long can the court hold my money, i'm so over it, the case is at a dead stand still in the courts, I need my money back.
