Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Do I have any rights when the city/county of pinellas county tells me I will not be able to get in and out of my gargae via car because they are going to be working on water and sewer lines and my driveway is going to be damaged?

Odds are the county has a utility easement in that area of the property. It is probably marked on your deed, but most people only find out about it when something like this happens. In most cases the county has the legal right to perform the work on your property as long as they are acting in a reasonable manner. You can check your deed to be certain.
