What are my rights under joint tenants right of survival ship? If I decide to leave current relationship. We are not married. Can I sell my half of the property?The house is almost paid for.

An individual who is in the survivorship ownership cannot unilaterally sever that ownership. If you cannot agree on the split of the property, than a partition action would need to be filed. you need an attorney who litigates real estate matters to assist.
