Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

the roof leaked, stopped paying, took pictures sent them to HOA, they sent me foreclosure papers for court to pay their Attorney, after looking at my closing paperwork, the HOA fee are $50 less than the coupon booklet sent to me, can they just charge what they want when someone buy's property? Is this a breach in my HOA contract. Our building roof still leaks many have walked away I can't. bank isn't the problem it's my HOA everyone here in FLORIDA ARE AFRAID OF THEM!!!

Hire an attorney for the problems with the HOA. YOu can also get involved at meetings.
