Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My roommate has a friend who I am having issues with. I asked my roommates to not allow him in the apartment while I am present. They have agreed. However, this kid is very demanding and my roommate is very passive. She asked him to please not come in (I heard her outside the door), but he entered anyway. This is the second time that happened. I am getting very annoyed with his entrance into my apartment and told him next time this happened i will be calling the police so he can not enter my apartment anymore. He said I cannot legally call the cops on him because he is friends with Tanya and she invited him in, though I know she has not. What can be done?

Invited in or not, you may ask him to leave. If he refuses, you can call the cops who will come and remove him.
