Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My old roommate is taking me to claims court stating I owe her a prorating fee. I have a copy of our agreement and no where is it stated that there is a prorate fee. I was wondering if she has anything that will hold up in court.

If U both signed the lease, U both are liable for the rent. U can rent out UR half or use it but U owe UR share.
