Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Rules enforcement
Our condominimum association board of directors do not enforce all the rules all the time. ie., one rule for the residents and one rule for the presidents. I can not afford an attorney to represent me, so therfore, how does one of aveage income obtain a lawyer to plead his case.

Re: How do I get a lawyer to work on a civil matter for free
Unfortunately, lawyers have families to support and mortgages to pay, the same as clients. We're therefore required to charge our clients for our time spent representing their interests. Florida's legal services corporations, as well as many law school clinics, will provide free representation in civil matters to poor people.
