Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Is it safe to proceed and buy a property that was a short sale 2 days after the short sale was done? And do I need to have an attorney to represent me or using the title companys attorney is good enough? And what is the difference if any in a marketable title and an insurable title/guaranteed tile? Thanks

Yes you need your own attorney. The title must be checked and insured before you buy.
