Sale of Cemetery Lots

What forms will I need to complete for the sale of 2 family owned cemetery lots?

First I would check with the cemetery to ask what they require. If they say you must do it with a deed, then you would need to have a quit-claim deed prepared, signed, witnessed (2 witnesses), notarized, and recorded.
