Sales Contract

i signed a contract to sell my house and now my husbands company is not giving us the money they said to move so i cant afford to sell my house. my realestate agent is being very nasty and saying i have to pay 10% of the selling price if i hade that i'd move. in the contract it dosent say anything about the seller backing out what do i do?
