Is a landlord allowed to charge sales taxes on a commercial lease as a 6% sales tax?

The landlord has the obligation to charge sales tax applicable where the property is located.

The landlord is obligated to collect the
sales tax on behalf of the Department of
Revenue. Most lease agreements state so
specifically. If yours does not, I believe
the presumption is that the tenant has to\
pay the sales tax.

Not only allowed....but required to pursuant to Florida law. Actually it is a use tax.
