can i sell
me and my girlfriend own a house together and we are splitting up.i put alot down on the house,and im the only one who financed it.i need to know my rights on selling the house and what kind of note do i need her to sign to get back what i put down on the house?

Id depends on how the house is titled. It's always better to try and work out an arrangement without having to resort to legal action but if the sale cannot be done amicably, then partition is the legal alternative. Please feel free to give me a call or drop me an email. Good Luck
