Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

seller of a home claim asbestos siding had all been replaced. After closing, found that it had not. Do we have any recourse? We live in Florida. There was also extensive termite damage under the siding after a termite inspection and closing.

Unless you have proof they knowingly lied, no. An inspection should have been made before closing.
