Seller Did Not Honor Agreement

The security deposit and expenses to repair roof and a/c were to be paid by seller. This was not included in the closing papers, however, seller signed document stating he would pay said costs. Seller has not paid the agreed amount and will not accept phone calls or e-mail. What's my legal recourse?
