Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

The seller of my house wants to move the closing date. Real estate agent for seller did not disclose that property was a short sale. They now want to add an addendum to allow for lender approval. The closing is in 14 days. The contract is valid but made to try to conceal the short sale to the buyer. What can be done with the intention of still buying this property and not moving the closing date without some condensation for the buyer/me.
