sellers obligations
We purchased a home a year ago and have severe plumbing problems. these problems came with the house. We believe that the sellers were aware based on the fact that they told us what to look out for in regards to us bathing and using the bathroom i.e us not using both the showers at the same time? Is there anything that we could do about it now legally because they also required us to pay an extra 5000$ on top of the price of the house because the appraisal did not come out the way they wanted?

Your question seems to indicate the problem is not one of a hidden defect. Also it more than a year ago. Also you had no attorney representing you.. At this time, I doubt if anything can be of help for or to you.
