Boyfriend & I own Mobile Home, title has OR I want out and he wont sell and split, if i leave anyway i can make sure I get 1/2 if her sells???

Even though you may be on the property title, if he is solely paying for the mortgage and maintenance on the property, he may be able to prove that since you did not contribute towards the upkeep of the property, he should first be reimbursed for the upkeep and then the balance would be split.
