Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

we are selling a condo in Fl. The buyers have given a deposit and letter of approval for mortgage. We are waiting for closing as everything is going good. now buyer wants 10 day extension due to lack of funds. what are our rights as sellers in this matter?
