Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We are selling our home in North Florida as is As a for sale by owner. Do we require a lawyer or other agency our can we do this alone? We are the origanl home owner and have our title insurance from purchase and survey.

What form should we use? Please advise.

Hire an attorney. The costs as the seller are not high and they protect you way beyond the title policy and survey alone. I would not recommend doing it on your own. I would start with an attorney reviewing the contract before it is signed.
