Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Selling a house

A partner and I bought a house together. I paid the entire downpayment and any additional closing payment not covered buy the seller. Since the partnership is disolving and we plan on selling the house. Do I get what I put into the first before if and any equity is divided between us both?
