Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We are selling our Mobil home.When we show it we tell them if they are truly interested we need a deposit to hold it for them.We tell them if they don't pass the park application they will get the deposit back otherwise we will keep it for the loss of other buyers and we have to pay another months lot rent.

You should have a contract that they sign. You can only have one such contract at a time to make sure you dont get caught with two purchasers. Hire an attorney to assist.
