selling motorhome

i am currently looking to sell my motorhome. I need to pay off the current loan I have. The buyer says he needs a bill of sale. Do I just sign one over to him and then he gets a loan to pay mine off?

no, you give a bill of sale after being paid, not before.

Don't sign anything until you know you have received full payment. If you have your money, then you can give them the home. But also make sure all related state agencies know you no longer own the home.
