Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am selling a rental. Can I let a homeless person I know move in to watch the home while it is being sold ? I was thinking in terms of sqatters rights where the person does not have to leave. Can I make an written agreement ahead of time stating when it gets sold or I say he has to go he must move out? I know this person well , but I just want to cover myself against any legal implications .

Yes, but if he does not move you will have to evict.
