Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Selling a timeshare

I have a timeshare in Florida that we are needing to sell. I need to know if I can sell it by just using a quit claim deed. I am losing a lot of money on it due to my employment situation and I cannot afford to have to pay fees to have someone else do the paperwork to sell it. What do I need to do in order to make the transaction?

Re: Selling a timeshare

If the purchaser will accept it, execute a quit claim deed.. You should disclose all that is owed on the unit.
