Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am sending keys to my condo, along with letter explaining my financial problems to loan service company. My question is , if I should send the copy of this letter to my
association or the board of my community or inform them about that in any way ?

You should contact an attorney to try and work out the deal. If not, sending your keys alone does not really accomplish what you want. You likely need to deed the property to the lender in order to end the relationship. As for the Condo Association, they likely need to be notified about any transfers.
