Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
If I am seperated from husband and he wants to buy a second property I have to sign the mortage and the truth in lending. What is my legal responsibility if he is on the note? What will happen during a divorce?

You are not required to sign a mortgage and note. If you do, you are liable for the terms of the note.
