we just settled with the bank to foreclose on a property here in Florida with an award. The sale date is 90 days out. If we short sell the property will it affect the terms of the settlement and the award...Thank you

huh? what does settled with bank with an award mean? is there a sale date? you wont be able to extend that date unless you have an agreement. you really need an attorney to be involved to protect your rights.
