Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I share a deed with my Mother who is 86 and her health is in serious decline. I fear I can not care for her much longer on my own. Looking toward the inevitable of a health care facility would be better for me to have the property entirely in my name? and what do I need to do to make that happen?

You need to speak with an Elder Care attorney so her medicaid rights are not prejudiced. If you do the wrong thing it will be very expensive. She may need a Guardian appointed. Do you have a POA? Good luck.
