Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
i share a well with my neighbor. i pay the electric to run the well. the well is on his property. this was in existence before i bought my home. 3 days ago he sent me a note via regular mail that i would no longer have access to his well on or about 5/25 unless i give him 15'x150' of my property. he has never complained before. he has in the past overstepped "boundaries". how do i stop him long enough to collect enough funds to put my own well in?
