Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We are a short-term rental management company (vacation rentals) in Florida and not licensed under Florida's real estate commission. We only manage short-term rentals. Are we allowed to pay individuals and other businesses referral fees for bringing us new clients? Is there a cap on how much we can pay?
