Five siblings inherited a home after the death of their mother. One sibling lives in the home and does not want to buy out the others. Other siblings want the house sold ASAP. What recourse do the 4 siblings have to put pressure on the one who currently resides in the house to sell?

You can go to court and have the property partitioned. It will either require the sibling to buy out the others, or the court will order the property sold and the proceeds divided equally.
