Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
If I sign a 3 year lease option to buy for my condominium, does the management company have the right to sell the unit out from under me before the terms of the agreement end? What can I do to protect my interest in purchasing my condo at the end of the 3 years?

I would have to look at all your contracts (option to buy, lease, other) to form an opinion.

I am sorry to hear about this. It depends upon your agreement/lease option. I would need to review it to provide you more information. Regards,
