Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I signed a contract in August on a short sale home that in the contract stated they had 45 days to close. It was signed by the seller and is a binding contract at this point. It is now going on December and still no word on the closing of my house. Is there a way to move the process along and do I have any rights to force the movement of the close by having a binding contract signed by both parties? Please help
