Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We signed a contract to purchase a new home and the promotion materials shows a back porch (Lani). We were told verbally at signing that they were not including that feature any longer. There is no mention of this deletion in the contract. A blue print copy we just signed for shows the Lani as being included. Can we force the builder to include it?

The contract prevails, verbal information and promotions material are not enforceable. The blue print copy of what? attached to what? Your contract controls. You need to review it with an attorney.
