Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I just signed a mineral lease at the beginning of october 2017 and was supposed to receive my sign on bonus before the end of the year. the company has since been sold twice since then. is the latest company going to honor my bonus or will there be a delay? are they obligated to? i don't believe it's a draft lease
