Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I signed a rental lease in Dec.2014 for a year.It is supposed to include all inside maintenance.First water heater broke ans flooded bedroom and carpet.Sec.Microwave broke Third Fridge and Freezer Broke down and not fixed for 2 days(spoilage).Fourth Bath tubs both would not drain 4 days to repair,Last AC Unit is broke and they don't know how long to repair or replace.I have had to stay elsewhere many times and I want to move and Break Lease,Can I?

Your lease agreement controls. You need to have it reviewed. The fact that there have been many problems is probably not sufficient. NO A/C in S. Florida may give you a right based on the fact that the unit is uninhabitable. You need to seek some legal guidance.
