Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have sink hole activity (not catostrophic) under my home I have submitted a claim and they sent out the adjuster and the grouting company they are estimating around 150,000 which is repairs to the home and the concrete to fill the home not including the repair that will need to be done on the house after the grouting process. My question is do I have the right to cash out on the claim and pay off my note to the bank? I owe 148,000 on my house and it sounds as though the reapir cost will exceed. Thank you for your help
